Ski areas and terrain

Arc 1600 and 1800

Arc 1600 is reached directly by funicular from Bourg-Saint-Maurice. Arc 1800 has broad resort access and the Transarc lift toward higher terrain.

Arc 1950 and 2000

Higher villages with access towards Aiguille Rouge at 3,226 m and longer descents.

Peisey-Vallandry and Paradiski

The Peisey side connects towards La Plagne by the Vanoise Express, subject to lift and pass availability.

Piste difficulty: Arc 1600 and Arc 1800 have accessible pistes for progressing skiers, while Arc 1950/2000 offers quick access towards the higher Aiguille Rouge side. Beginners should check dedicated learning zones near their village; confident skiers can use longer red and black runs. The official site notes that about 70% of the local area lies above 2,000 m.

Planning your arrival: Confirm your exact Arc village before reserving a coach or private transfer. Reaching Bourg-Saint-Maurice is not the same as reaching Arc 2000.
