At the airport
Use the airport’s transport directory and current pickup instructions. A bus toward Hope or Vancouver is not a booking to a ski lodge. Ask the driver or rental desk specifically about ski luggage and the chosen mountain road.
Abbotsford International Airport (YXX) is in British Columbia’s Fraser Valley, southeast of Vancouver. Sasquatch Mountain is reached through Mission and Hemlock Valley, while Manning Park is east through Hope on Highway 3. These are different road trips and neither is an extension of the West Coast Express commuter train. The airport lists taxis, rental cars, transit and regional carriers, but a regional bus stop still leaves the ski-area approach. Sasquatch’s access page currently describes a mountain shuttle as coming soon, so it should not be treated as a confirmed airport service. At Manning Park, distinguish the lodge beside Highway 3 from the alpine day lodge farther along Gibson Pass Road. When choosing an arrival time, you can compare flights to Abbotsford International Airport and check whether it leaves enough time for the last coach or train into the mountains.

Check DriveBC and resort alerts. Sasquatch asks drivers to carry properly fitting chains on Hemlock Valley Road. Manning Park’s Gibson Pass Road needs a separate check from Highway 3.
These approximate road distances help you shortlist a destination. The exact distance depends on your hotel and the road used; check live directions before travel.

Compare flights before planning the ground journey. An arrival time that lines up with a coach or train can simplify the trip; if you land late, check the last onward service. You can compare flights to Abbotsford International Airport and then return here to plan the transfer to the mountains.
