About skiing in Alta

Alta is a skiers-only area at the head of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Albion and Wildcat are distinct base/learning decisions, with higher terrain connected by the operating lifts. Beginners should confirm the lesson meeting point rather than automatically following experienced skiers to an advanced sector. Airport transport must also account for canyon access and the chosen lodge. Snowbird is next door but has separate ticket and equipment rules.
