About skiing in Bogus Basin
Bogus Basin is a community mountain recreation area above Boise, reached by a winding road from the city. It is distinct from the downtown office on North Bogus Basin Road: an airport transfer should be booked to the mountain lodge or chosen parking area. The ski terrain includes beginner learning spaces, cruising runs, steeper slopes and different day and night operations. Alpine and Nordic facilities also have different entrances and equipment needs. Peak-day parking is spread across several lots, and an internal parking shuttle does not replace the journey from Boise. Confirm the correct lesson base, the operating calendar and any city bus departure before landing, then leave extra time for the mountain ascent.
Ski areas and terrain

Principal facilities and a useful reference for lessons and airport drop-off.
Upper and back-side alpine terrain
Wider mountain exploration with a range of marked difficulty levels.
Pioneer and Nordic facilities
Separate access choices; confirm the correct parking lot or lodge.
Piste difficulty: Use learning terrain for first sessions and progress onto marked cruisers. Steeper slopes and night skiing need separate ability and operating-hour checks.
Planning your arrival: Book the mountain lodge or parking area, not the Boise downtown office. This map uses the main mountain base.
