Chamrousse has several distinct access points: Recoin 1650, Roche Béranger 1750, Bachat Bouloud 1700. Over 90 km of pistes; official resort lists 41 slopes and 15 lifts. Accommodation location and the lift or local bus you intend to use matter more than a generic resort address. Check the current piste map and which slopes are open before buying a pass.

Piste difficulty: The resort has marked runs of several grades, but beginners should choose a suitable village-front learning area. Higher runs can be exposed in poor visibility.
Planning your arrival: Chamrousse has separate arrival points at Recoin 1650, Roche Béranger 1750 and Bachat Bouloud 1700. From Uriage, the two mountain road approaches do not end at the same hotel.
