About skiing in Feldberg

Feldberg is a Black Forest ski destination with several access points and local lift sectors. Feldberg-Bärental railway station is below the main ski-base area and needs the mountain bus. Choose the hotel and lesson base before booking transport; a municipality name alone can send you to the wrong stop. Conditions at this upland destination differ from a high Alpine glacier, so check the actual open pistes and lifts before travelling.

MARKED PISTESAround 30 km of pistes and 16 slopes in the local Feldberg product; wider lift-pass coverage includes separate sectors
ALTITUDEForested Black Forest uplands; the Feldberg mountain summit is approximately 1,493 m

Feldberg-Bärental

Rail hub below the ski base, with an onward bus.

Piste difficulty: Learning areas and varied marked routes offer different choices. Check the local map and open status for the exact base. A broad regional lift pass does not mean every sector is ski-linked or suitable for a beginner.

Planning your arrival: Use Feldberg ski-base accommodation near the selected lift, not just the municipality or Feldberg-Bärental station. Confirm bus 7300 and the property stop.
