About skiing in Karpacz

Karpacz is a town ski destination with several separate operators. Kopa Ski Arena’s upper reference is Kopa, rather than the higher Śnieżka summit often used in sightseeing descriptions. A pass or lesson at another town venue should not be assumed to cover the Kopa area. The renewed town railway connection is useful for arrivals, but the station is below the uphill ski entrances. Book the hotel and first ski venue explicitly, then arrange the final ride.

Ski areas and terrain

Kopa Ski Arena

Specific uphill lift entrance for an agreed ski-day transfer.

Karpacz town and station

Accommodation and rail arrival with a further local climb as needed.

Other town ski venues

Confirm operator, ticket and rental meeting point rather than assuming one combined domain.

Piste difficulty: Compare the chosen operator’s learning area, marked grades and current lift operation. A first-time lesson may use a different town base from an advanced Kopa ski day.

Planning your arrival: Karpacz station and the Kopa ski entrance are different locations. Specify the uphill hotel or rental meeting point and arrange the final ride.
