About skiing in Levi

Levi spreads around a rounded fell above Sirkka, with central Front Slopes and separate southern and western bases. A centre hotel can be convenient for dining and initial uplift, while a cabin near another side needs daily transport planning. The skiing, village services and airport-bus stops are not all in one place. Use the official map to choose a first-day teaching or rental base.

MARKED PISTESMulti-side fell network; Ski.fi lists green, blue, red and black graded terrain
ALTITUDEGreatest vertical drop 325 m; longest run 2,500 m, according to Ski.fi

Ski areas and terrain

Front Slopes

Convenient to central Sirkka and the principal village services.

South Point

A separate base useful for southern-side accommodation and teaching.

West and other fell sectors

Choose open links and check the transport back to your accommodation.

Piste difficulty: Ski.fi’s grading list includes two green, 19 blue, 20 red and four black slopes. Learning terrain sits alongside steeper runs, including the Levi Black race slope. Beginners should select a dedicated teaching area rather than follow a full-fell circuit. Check illumination and lift hours for short winter days, and use the operator map for the current layout.

Planning your arrival: Use the property address in Sirkka, South Point or the relevant Levi neighbourhood. Check whether the airport bus serves that stop and whether a cabin host can arrange pickup.
