About skiing in Pec pod Sněžkou
Pec pod Sněžkou is a ski village within the wider SkiResort Černá hora–Pec network, whose current site describes six areas. Do not assign the entire network’s piste total to Pec alone. Use the Pec sector map for the first lesson, rental base and return route. The Sněžka sightseeing cableway and high lodges have separate access rules from the alpine ski entrances. Ask the host about authorised vehicle access or a snow-transport pickup before choosing an airport drop-off.
Ski areas and terrain
Pec village and bus station
Road-accessible accommodation and a practical mountain-coach arrival.
Pec alpine sector
Use its actual lift-base meeting point rather than the sightseeing cableway.
High lodges and wider SkiResort
Confirm permitted lodge transport and current ski-bus dates separately.
Piste difficulty: Select the appropriate operating marked slope and instruction for the group. A wider-area pass and ski-bus network still require a planned sector change and final return.
Planning your arrival: Give the village hotel or the host’s agreed mountain-lodge transfer point. Do not navigate an ordinary car to a high hiking destination or assume a sightseeing cableway completes hotel access.
