About skiing in Szczyrk

Szczyrk is a long Beskid valley destination with several lift operators and accommodation clusters. Szczyrk Mountain Resort lists over 23 km of pistes, while COS Skrzyczne and Beskid Sport Arena are separate operations within the wider town. Do not add their advertised terrain together and assume every connection is open. Choose the hotel and skiing base together: Solisko, the main gondola area and the town centre are different arrival points.

Ski areas and terrain

Szczyrk Mountain Resort

Confirm Solisko or the chosen gondola base rather than a generic town-centre drop-off.

COS Skrzyczne

A distinct lift operation. Check the intended access and whether the selected pass includes it.

Beskid Sport Arena

Another separate sector; align lessons and hotel transport with its own base.

Piste difficulty: The wider town has learner choices, intermediate runs and steeper sporting slopes. Check the actual operator, pass coverage and open connections for your ability.

Planning your arrival: Specify the hotel, main gondola area, COS Skrzyczne or Solisko. Szczyrk’s long valley means a central bus stop can leave another local journey; check the exact line 120 destination before boarding.
